服务条款
使用 TodayCue 即表示你同意本条款及 Apple 适用的许可条款。如果你不同意，请不要使用本服务。
1. 服务与适用对象
TodayCue 帮助家长和监护人整理学校通知、校历、家庭事项、提醒和需带物品。你必须具备订立本条款所需的法律能力；儿童不得自行注册。
2. 账户责任
你应提供有效登录信息，保护设备和账户，并对账户中的内容与操作负责。你不得上传违法、有害、侵权或无权处理的内容，不得绕过安全或额度限制、反向破坏服务或干扰他人使用。
3. AI 与提醒限制
AI 提取、日期解析、地点和物品建议可能不完整或错误。系统通知也可能因设备设置、网络、系统限制或第三方服务而延迟或不送达。你必须在保存前核对结果；TodayCue 不适用于紧急、医疗、安全、法律或其他高风险提醒。
4. 免费功能与订阅
免费功能和 AI 使用额度以 App 内当前说明为准。付费订阅由 Apple App Store 处理，价格、周期、试用和续订条件以购买确认页面为准。订阅通常会自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前通过 Apple 账户设置取消。你可以在 App 中恢复购买或打开 Apple 的订阅管理页面。
5. 取消、退款与删除账户
取消和退款依照 Apple 的规则处理。删除 TodayCue 账户不会取消 Apple 订阅；如不希望继续扣费，请先在 Apple 订阅设置中取消。删除账户后，与账户关联的数据将按照隐私政策处理。
6. 知识产权
TodayCue 的软件、品牌、界面和原创内容受知识产权法律保护。你保留自己提交内容的权利，并授权我们仅为提供、保护和改进服务而处理该内容。
7. 可用性与变更
我们会合理维护服务，但不保证服务始终不中断或完全无误。我们可能为安全、法律、技术或产品原因修改、暂停或终止部分功能，并在合理可行时提前说明重大变更。
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，TodayCue 按现状提供，不对因依赖 AI 输出、遗漏提醒、网络中断或第三方服务造成的间接或后果性损失承担责任。本条款不排除适用法律不能排除的消费者权利或责任。
9. 终止与联系
你可以随时停止使用并删除账户。严重违反条款或危害服务安全时，我们可能限制或终止访问。问题请联系 support@today-cue.app。
Terms of Service
By using TodayCue, you agree to these terms and any applicable Apple license terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service and eligibility
TodayCue helps parents and guardians organize school notices, calendars, family tasks, reminders, and items to bring. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. Children may not register directly.
2. Account responsibility
Keep your sign-in details and device secure and take responsibility for activity under your account. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content; bypass security or quotas; damage the service; or interfere with others.
3. AI and reminder limitations
AI extraction, dates, locations, and item suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Notifications can be delayed or missed because of device settings, networks, operating-system restrictions, or third-party services. Review results before saving. TodayCue is not suitable for emergency, medical, safety, legal, or other high-risk reminders.
4. Free features and subscriptions
Current free features and AI quotas are described in the app. Apple processes paid subscriptions. Price, period, trial, and renewal terms appear on the purchase confirmation screen. Subscriptions normally renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the current period ends. You can restore purchases or open Apple subscription management from the app.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion
Apple's rules govern cancellations and refunds. Deleting your TodayCue account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in Apple settings first if you do not want renewal. Account data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
TodayCue software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain rights in content you submit and authorize us to process it only to provide, protect, and improve the service.
7. Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for security, legal, technical, or product reasons, with reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TodayCue is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on AI output, missed reminders, network interruption, or third-party services. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Termination and contact
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for serious violations or security risks. Contact support@today-cue.app.
